Join us on December 8, 2023 at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre for a Mississauga Steelheads game and activities featuring our Hurricanes.
We are excited to be partnering with the Mississauga Steelheads as they face the North Bay Battalion beginning at 7:00 PM for another awesome association event. Tickets cost $15, with $3.50 from each ticket sold being donated to the MGHL to help us continue providing our athletes with enrichment opportunities throughout the season.
In addition to watching what’s sure to be another exciting game from the Steelheads, our MGHL Hurricanes can look forward to the following:
TIMBITS MINI GAME
Two of our U7 teams will participate in a 5 minute mini game during the first intermission.
FLAG PROGRAM
One of our U9 teams will be on the ice for the opening ceremonies to hold an over-sized Canadian flag during our National Anthem.
FAN TUNNEL
A U11 team will be on the ice for the opening ceremonies to high-five the Steelheads players as they are introduced onto the ice.
STARTING 5
Five players from our U13 division will be introduced and stand next to the Steelheads’ starting lineup for the National Anthem and pre-game ceremonies.
CHUCK-A-PUCK
The MGHL will be selling foam pucks outside in the concourse leading up to the start of the second intermission. During the second intermission, the girls will all get to toss their purchased pucks, and the three closest pucks to the center ice dot win amazing prizes, including a stunning set of diamond earrings (1.50 CT Lab, 14 KT White Gold, valued at $2800), generously donated by Diamondboi Designs!

This is a great way to get all of our House League and Rep Hurricanes out for a team building event! The MGHL has reserved 1/3 of the seats for the game; teams must coordinate amongst themselves which rows / sections they'll be sitting in.
