  • Julie Allen

    Head Coach
    A native of Brampton, Ontario, Julie played NCAA Division I hockey at the University of New Hampshire from 2008-2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from UNH in 2011. After college, Julie continued her playing career in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League (CWHL) with the Toronto Furies from 2013-2019. Julie was a member of the 2014 roster that led the Furies to a Clarkson Cup Championship. During the 2020-2021 season, Julie was a member of the Toronto Six of the National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL). 

    In addition to her playing career, Julie boasts an extensive background in coaching and skill development. Julie has coached six seasons as both an assistant and head coach at the U15AA and U22 Elite level. Over the past decade, Julie's primary focus has been on-ice skill development. She held roles as a skill instructor at Varsity Hockey (Brampton, Ont.), Journey to Excel (Etobicoke, Ont.) and Everest Academy (Vaughn, Ont.). From 2020-2023, Julie led the on-ice development program for the Etobicoke Dolphins Association, working with all skill levels and age groups including U9, U11, U13, U15 and U18.

    Most recently, Julie formed her own hockey development school in Julie Allen Hockey (JA Hockey), which provides on-ice skill development for female hockey players of all ages and skill levels. Julie is passionate about working with young athletes and is driven to push forward the growth of the women's game at the grassroots level.
  • Christina Ieradi

    Christina joins the U15AA coaching staff after being an assistant coach with Mississauga U18AA team. She brings with her valuable experience as both a player and coach.

    Having played at Brock University in the OUA from 2014-2018, upon graduating, Christina took her talents overseas where she played in the German Professional League for Planegg Penguins and Ingolstadt Panthers Frauen from 2018-2020.

    Christina is former PWHPA player on Team Sonnet, and has previously held coaching positions at the Team Ontario U16 camp.
