The Mississauga Hurricanes U9B girls once again showed that hockey is about more than wins and losses by proudly participating in the Mississauga Hurricanes Toy Drive, supported by Jared Gardner and his real estate team.
Through this initiative, the girls, their families, and the broader Hurricanes community came together to donate new, unwrapped toys to help brighten the holidays for children and families in need. The toy drive took place at Iceland Arena and reflected the values the Hurricanes strive to instill in their players. Teamwork, generosity, and giving back.
The girls embraced the opportunity to support their community with the same enthusiasm and commitment they bring to the ice every week. Their involvement demonstrated that even at a young age, they understand the importance of helping others and being positive role models within the community.
