Notice of MGHL Virtual Annual General Meeting

The MGHL’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Monday, May 27, 2024 at 7:00 PM ET.

As we prepare for the upcoming AGM, please note the following details:

EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTIONS

All MGHL Executive Board positions are open for nomination and election. Pursuant to Article 5 of the MGHL Constitution, any members who would like to be considered for nomination / election are to send an “Intent to Run” notice via email to [email protected] or written letter to the Secretary 48 hours before the start of the AGM.

The deadline for submitting a notice of Intent to Run is Saturday, May 25 at 6:59 PM ET.

Interested persons should attend the virtual AGM on Monday, May 27 at 7:00 PM when the election of the new Board will take place.

AGM VOTING

All current MGHL members in good standing are welcome to attend and vote for nominated members.

Each MGHL member is entitled to cast 1 (one) vote for each position on the Executive and any proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws, regardless of the number of children or the number of positions held within the MGHL.
