Personal Statement:I am a hardworking athlete who takes opportunities to make me a better hockey player. I’ve been playing hockey since I was 6 years old. I’m grateful that my house league coach (Craig Valiquette) gave me the opportunity to be the permanent goalie for 4 years. My goal for this year is to try my hardest in everything I do on and off the ice. My role model is my goalie coach EJ Milne-Price who encourages and gives me confidence to play U15 AA in my minor year. She’s inspired me to keep playing at such a high level and one day achieve my goal of playing for Team Canada in the Olympics.
