Elite Performance Program
The Mississauga Hurricanes Elite Performance Program (EPP) encompasses a unified skills and development program for the U22AA, U18AA, U15AA and U13AA programs within the Mississauga Girls Hockey Association. Coaches, staff and players work and compete in a collaborative environment across the four teams to prepare the Mississauga Hurricanes for hockey at the highest levels in the sport. The goal is to develop from within the organization and focus on a “whole” player development philosophy.
This program is for young women who have a high level of commitment to the Hurricanes program and who have been selected as players who can excel at the U13, U15, U18, and U22 AA levels. The EPP is committed to providing a high-level program for our committed and accountable players, and create an environment and culture that will give every deserving athlete the opportunity to compete at the highest levels.
