U11AA HEAD COACH: MICHAEL MENCHELLA

Coach Mike Menchella brings 11 years of MGHL experience and a deep commitment to player development. He has coached teams from U11AA to U15AA, returning in 2019 to continue guiding athletes in Rep hockey. With a playing background that includes AA, AAA, and Tier 2 Junior, Mike offers high-level insight, strong leadership and a genuine passion for helping young athletes grow.

U13AA HEAD COACH: AMY ALLEN

Coach Amy Allen has dedicated over eight years contributing to the development of young athletes in girls’ hockey. Drawing on her experience as a former U of T and NWHL player, she understands the importance of strong female leadership in sport. As an educator and coach, Amy is passionate about teaching the game, building confidence, and fostering an environment where every athlete can grow and reach their full potential.
