Stay SHARP - with Virtual Skills Sessions during the break
In an effort to keep players engaged and active during
the province-wide shutdown, the MGHL is offering free virtual sessions for
athletes with skills and fitness experts. We are pleased to share that our first virtual series, stick handling with instructor Mike Crampton, will begin on Monday, January 10th! Sessions will take place weekly and be run by age group.
Sessions will run on January 10, 17 and 24.
Stay tuned for information on our next free virtual series in the coming days. Fitness Workouts with Curtis Wilson from Peaks Fitness! These sessions will run from 7-8 p.m. on January 12, 19 and 26th.
