This just in! The OWHA is holding an athlete's home work out session for all U7/U9/U11 and U13 players on March 13 led by Vicki Bendus, Lead Sport Performance Coach at Brock University.

Vicki Bendus played for Team Canada at the 2012 World Championships and has served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Under 18, Development and National Women’s Team.
