Bio
Personal Statement
A role model for me is my brother Tommy Grande who is in his fifth year at York University, and is studying to become either a physiotherapist or a high school teacher. Tommy has shown me ways to be responsible and respectful towards my teammates and competitors. He’s a hard worker and motivates me to work hard towards my goals. Some of my goals for this season are to play smarter and more creative on ice. I want to focus on my nutrition, so that I’m fueling my body properly before and after events. Lastly, I want to improve my cardio and strength off ice, and work on my mental health too.
