Our U15AA and U9B Teams wrapped up December 2022 by bringing home some Silver Medal Tournament wins!
USA/CANADA CUP SERIES: U15AA WINS SILVER
Over December 2 - 4 in Kitchener, our MGHL U15AA Team went into the finals of the USA/Canada Cup Series following a stellar 4 - 0 round robin performance, tying for 1st overall out of 12 teams. Durham West edged out our Hurricanes 2 - 1 in the finals, solidifying silver for Mississauga. The Hurricanes worked hard and played like a team throughout the full tournament. This is the second showcase in a row the U15AA Team has gone 4 and 0 in tournament round robin play!

GCGH KICKIN’ ICE IN THE CAPITAL: U9B WINS SILVER
The following December 9 - 11 weekend, our U9B Team travelled by train to Ottawa for the 8th annual Kickin’ Ice in the Capital Tournament. Our U9B Hurricanes competed well during the skills competitions and brought home silver!
